Being a rider, Nina fully appreciates the pressures and strains placed upon the body not only through riding but also through caring for horses.

Rider assessment will identify areas of muscular discomfort, weakness and postural asymmetry.  Often, riders are unaware of postural compensations they have been making (both on and off of the horse) and assessment will also help to identify and correct these.

Treatment may include manual therapy, including joint mobilisations and manipulations, massage, exercise, postural corrections and use of kinesiology taping.  Improvements in comfort, posture, strength and flexibility will benefit your riding, thereby increasing the comfort and performance of the horse too.

Equiform provides services to all riders from all disciplines.
